Barbecue Ribs and Chicken |
14 oz granulated sugar
2 c. paprika
1 c. granulated onion
1/2 c. marjoram leaves
1/2 c. salt
1/3 c. chili powder
1/3 c. black pepper
3 tbsp thyme
2 tbsp cumin
2 tbsp granulated garlic
1 tbsp dry mustard
1 tbsp ground ginger
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 1/2 tbsp cayenne pepper
1 1/2 tbsp celery salt
- Add all ingredients to mixing bowl and mix well. Rub on ribs.
- Smoke at 250° for approximately 3 ½ hours, until you can pull the meat slightly from two bones.
