California Grill Set to be Refurbished

California Grill at Disney's Contemporary Resort will be closed for refurbishment starting January 6, 2013.

According to Disney Parks Blog, Chef Brian stated that not only will the restaurant get a new look but a new menu as well. The menu will feature fresh, seasonal ingredients and creative dishes.

One of the new upgrades will be an updated onstage kitchen giving the staff an opportunity to creative some cutting-edge menu items.

California Grill will be closed January 6 - late summer 2013. Check back for updates as the are released!
