The menu has been created by Chef Michael Deardorff, a 25-year Disney veteran. The menu features fresh ingredients. Here is a look.
Lunch
- Tuna Niçoise salad
- Croque Monsieur sandwich with carved ham, Gruyere cheese, and bechamel and served with pommes frites
- Carved turkey on warm baguette with Dijon mayonnaise served with pommes frites
- Grilled steak sandwich with garlic butter spread served with pommes frites
- Braised pork
- Loaded vegetable quiche
- Quinoa, shallot and chive salad
Dinner
Appetizers
- Charcuterie plate with cured meats and sausages
- Mussels steamed in white wine
- French onion soup
- Potato leek soup
- Salad with champagne vinaigrette
- Salad trio - Roasted beet, raisins and orange; green beans, tomatoes and roasted shallots; and watermelon, radish and mint
Entrees
- Thyme-scented pork rack chop with au gratin pasta
- Rotisserie rock hen with roasted fingerling potatoes
- Pan-seared salmon in leek fondue
- Grilled strip steak served with pomme frites
- Sauteed shrimp and scallops with veggies in puff pastry with creamy lobster sauce
- Oven-baked ratatouille
Dessert
- Cupcakes - Strawberry cream cheese or triple chocolate
- Chocolate cream puff
- Passion fruit cream puff

The restaurant and Gaston's Tavern are set to open holiday season 2012. Advanced dining reservations are not available yet but should be sometime in August. More deals will be released as news becomes available.
