oz mango slices, in syrup

oz ketchup
¼
oz liquid smoke flavoring

oz onion
1/8
oz cinnamon
¼
oz cumin
¼
oz garlic
8
oz water
2
oz sweet chili paste
- Sauté onion with cumin, garlic and cinnamon.
- Add remaining ingredients and cook until boiling.
- Puree well and serve hot.
- On each bun place 1 oz of pulled pork, top with barbecue sauce and red onion.
