Boudin Bakery Tour

Located in the Pacific Wharf at Disney California Adventure park is Boudin Bakery. Here you can learn about the history and process of making sourdough bread from Rosie O'Donnell and Colin Mochrie.

Mother dough, part of the previous batches dough, is a necessity to make sour dough. This is just the beginning of the long process to make this delicious, moist bread. There are several steps in this process.
