Recipe: Garlic Chimichurri Sauce

 at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort offers the addition of gulf shrimp sauteed in this chimichurri sauce to any entree.

Chimichurri is a green sauce that is used as a marinade for grilled meat. It originated in Argentina but is also popular in Mexico, Colombia, and other South American countries. This fresh, flavorful sauce is great accompaniment for grilled steak.

Chimichurri Sauce
10 oz. green onion, chopped
20 oz. green pepper, chopped

10 oz. parsley, chopped

5 oz. garlic, minced

8 oz. olive oil

4 oz. lime juice

1 oz. coarse black pepper
1 oz. salt

  1. Blend all ingredients. 
  2. Refrigerate until needed.
