Travel Tip Thursday: Eating For Less at Disney
Without a doubt food is expensive in the theme parks. One way to save some money is to dine at one of the buffets or all-you-can-eat family-style restaurants. If you make your Advanced Dining Reservation for a late lunch it can serve as lunch and dinner. You can eat a lot of food and save money. A benefit of having a late lunch instead of dinner, is you'll pay the lunch price instead of the dinner, so you'll fill up your family and save money.
If you family enjoys character dining there are several options - 1900 Park Fare, Akershus Royal Banquet, Cape May Cafe, Chef Mickey's, Cinderella's Royal Table, The Crystal Palace, The Garden Grill, Garden Grove, Hollywood & Vine, 'Ohana, and Tusker House. Non-character buffets include Biergarten and Boma. Any of these restaurants are great choices for getting more for your dollar and saving money when dining at Walt Disney World.
