Recipe: Shrimp and Artichoke Dip

Olivia's at Disney's Old Key West Resort serves American food influenced by Key West, Florida.

This delicious dip puts a Florida Keys twist on an American favorite. Traditionally made with spinach, this version is made with baby shrimp. A perfect summer treat for any party.

Olivia's Cafe
1 lb Cream cheese
1 cup Heavy cream
1 lb Baby shrimp, cooked
1 12 oz can Artichoke
2 oz Parmesan cheese
2 oz Cheddar cheese
1 tsp Onion powder
1 tsp Garlic, minced
1/2 tsp Kosher salt
1/2 tsp Black pepper
1/2 tsp Parsely, chopped
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk cream cheese and heavy cream until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add in remaining ingredients.
  3. Place in a serving bowl. Serve with tomato bagel chips.
