Cooking Tip Tuesday: Making Garlic Paste

There are a couple of different ways you can go about doing this. One of the most common ways is to peel and mince garlic cloves. Then add a little bit of salt and olive oil; then take the side of your knife and move it back and forth over the garlic. You'll do this until the garlic is smooth and soft.

Two other options are to peel the garlic cloves, throw them into a food processor with some salt and olive oil or to grate the garlic.
