Cooking Tip Tuesday: Don't Rinse Pasta

Never rinse your pasta after you've drained it. By doing so, you remove it's surface starches and this can add texture to your finished dish. It can help the sauce thicken if you are adding your pasta into the dish to finish cooking and it also helps the sauce to stick to the pasta.
