The Week In Review 4/24/11

Let me start off by saying HAPPY EASTER to all of you who celebrate Easter!! Hope you are having a great start to your day of Easter egg hunting and good eats.

This is the first Cooking with Mickey Week in Review. I'll start off by highlighting some of the articles from my site and then follow it with some great articles around the web that I think are worth checking out.

The Disney Drink Special was the Beer Breezer featured on WDW After Dark's April 15th live vidcast.

The lastest issue of D23's Disney twenty-three featuring Pirates of The Caribbean: On Strange Tide on the cover. The article covers what will be included in the magazine and when it will be available.

I talked about my year long culinary challenge of taking 265 cooking classes online and has it's going so far.

For Cooking Tip Tuesday, I told you how to keep your cake moist.

J.B. Conway and John Knell put together their creative minds for "Edible Prose" featuring The Flying Fish Cafe.

Across the Disney internet there were several interesting topics and here they are:

Magical Blogorail Red talked about my favorite topic - food.

Over at Meet the Magic, Natalie discusses vending machines for her "Strategies for Paying for Disney".

Since Earth Day was this past Friday I thought I'd mention this article about Africian Cats, Disney Nature's newest movie that was released in theaters Friday. Here is an exclusive interview with the co-director, Alastair Fothergill.

Disney Parks Blog posted an article about gluten-free choices as Disneyland.

WDW Tiki Room and Castaway Midday have updated show players so if you've missed an episode, you can now go back and listen. Also, make sure you are listening in, as all month long Sorcerer Radio is giving you a chance to win a D23 Gold Membership and very cool Disney D23 swag (several items are included) provided by Disney D23, so listen for your "Cue to Call" only on Sorcerer Radio.

Have a great week! Please come back this week for new daily posts here on CookingwithMickey.info!

Have a Deliciously Magical Week!
