Cooking Tip Tuesday: Less Salty Anchovies

For those of you looking for your anchovies to be a little less salty, this will do the trick. Soak the anchovies in whole milk for 10 minutes before you need to use them. This will bring out some of the saltiness in them. Depending on how salty you like your anchovies you can leave them in for less or more time.
