1 1/4 oz. rum
4 oz. pineapple juice
2 oz. coconut cream
1 oz. cream or half and half
1 1/2 c. crushed ice
- In a blender combine rum, pineapple juice, coconut cream, cream and ice.
- Blend on high for about 1 minute.
- Strain into a cocktail glass.
NOTE: If you are like me and don't like drinks that are made in blenders just mix the ingredients, minus the ice in a cocktail shaker and pour over crushed ice. Also, for an added touch garnish with a pineapple wedge or maraschino cherry.
