Try this recipe:
Italian Dip

1 c. plain yogurt (Greek if you can find it)
2 cloves garlic
2 sprigs rosemary
2 springs of thyme (or any other herbs)
- Strip leaves off of herbs
- Smash garlic and remove skin
- Place yogurt, garlic and herbs in a food processor and blend until smooth
- Serve with fresh cut vegetables
Cook's Notes: I've also added in some feta cheese to make the dip a little more interesting.
