Cooking Tip of the Day - Storing Leftovers

When storing leftovers, separate them into smaller contains rather than one larger one. The faster the food cools the less like for bacteria to grow and cause a food related illness.

  1. Great tip! I admit to being guilty of using the container it was cooked in to save time washing dishes. This makes total sense.
