Disney Dining Cancellation Policy

Disney updated their cancellation policy as of October 26, 2011 to now require a credit card at time of booking for select character and signature dining locations.

Due to double-booking and "no-shows" Disney has implemented this to give more guests a chance to dine at these popular restaurants.

How does this work?
Guests will be required to give a valid credit card at time of booking. The credit card will not be charged at time of booking. However, if you do not cancel within 24 hours prior to your reservation or do not show your card will be charged $10 per person.

The following restaurants require a credit card guarantee
  • 1900 Park Fare
  • Akershus Royal Banquet Hall
  • Artist Point
  • California Grill
  • Cape May Cafe
  • Chef Mickey's
  • Citricos
  • The Crystal Palace
  • Flying Fish
  • The Garden Grill
  • The Hollywood Brown Derby
  • Hollywood & Vine
  • Jiko - The Cooking Place
  • Le Cellier Steakhouse
  • Narcoossee's
  • 'Ohana
  • Tusker House Restaurant
  • Victoria & Albert's*
  • Yachtsman Steakhouse
*Victoria & Albert's has a $25 per person charge for cancellations.

Disney has set up a special cancellation number to make it quick and easy to cancel - (407) WDW-CNCL. You may also cancel you reservation online at disneyworld.com/dining, at guest relations, resort front desk or restaurant podium.
